10. Digital Downloads

Purchased photographs are provided as digital files unless otherwise stated.

You are responsible for maintaining copies of your purchased files after downloading them.

We recommend backing up purchased photographs in more than one location.

We do not guarantee that purchased files will remain available for download indefinitely. Download availability may be limited by gallery availability, storage requirements, technical issues, or other circumstances.

11. Refunds and Returns

Because photographs are digital products that can be downloaded immediately, all digital photography purchases are generally final and non-refundable once the file has been downloaded.

We may, at our discretion, provide a replacement file, corrected download, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

12. Photo Quality

However, differences in screens, devices, browsers, printers, and other equipment may affect how photographs appear.

We do not guarantee that printed copies will exactly match the appearance of photographs displayed on your screen.
